The Ranch offers a full staff to manage all the logistics of your stay so you can concentrate on the experience. We will engage with you to create a customized itinerary for the wedding party and/or your guests for their stay in our collection of luxury lodging facilities on live water in a romantic, exclusive Montana setting.
Our Destination Wedding experiences are unique to each wedding party, designed initially in collaboration with our staff using this Request For Proposal (RFP) form to include any/all of these options: Guest Lodging Accommodations Transportation Needs Private Chef Dining (2 Private Chef prepared Meals, afternoon Social with Appetizers Daily including Fine Dining Rehearsal and Reception Meals) Premium Beverage Program Beer/Wine/Spirits from 10am–2am daily Wedding Party and/or Guest Adventures such as; Horseback Activities (Trail, Carriage, Stagecoach, Chuckwagon) Whitewater Rafting Scenic Driving Tours Golfing (9/18 Hole) Fly Fishing (on/off property float or wade) Shooting Sports (cowboy action, range, skeet) Mountain Trial Hiking Craft Brewery Tour (Billings, Red Lodge) Tippet Rise Art and Music Many other Adventures.... Activities at The Ranch including Gear and Guides; Yard Games and Tournaments (Horseshoes, Corn Hole, Yard Yahtzee, Janga) Mountain Biking Golf Cart Transportation Live Music Entertainment (DJ/Band/Strings) Dance Lessons (Country, Line, Ball Room, Salsa) Hot Tubbing Evening Socializing with Bonfires and Karaoke
Our DestinationWeddings start at $295/guest/night. This starting rate includes all lodging, private chef prepared meals, round the clock alcohol/beverages for 25 to 125 guests, all available ranch decor, wedding coordination services, all Activities and nightly entertainment at The Ranch for a 3 night min stay. Not included in our starting rate is outside vendors such as photography, floral, band/dj services, cake/dessert, officiant, hair/makeup, and any selected guest Adventure activities such as flyfishing/horseback riding/whitewater rafting/golfing/et al... Each of these outside vendors can and will be included in our RFP but each will take some dialog between us so we can have a better understanding of your vision/desires/expectation for each.
Regardless of the wedding package selected, here at The Ranch the owners and staff focus on providing an authentic Montana "Experience" for our wedding couples, bridal party, and guests. To us this means something different than staying for a few days in a luxury resort where, in hindsight, the wedding party and/or guests could have been at any luxury resort anywhere, lacking authenticity, without any memory anchoring experiences that SPEAK of having experienced Montana.
