Our fly fishing packages are All-Inclusive including accommodations in The Lodge and Glamping Cabins, all meals (made-to-order breakfast, hearty fisherman lunch and gourmet dinner) and beverages (including open bar and fine wines paired with dinner), guided float or wade fishing, rental gear (rods, reels, waders and boots), flies and end tackle, airport transfers from the Billings Logan International Airport(BIL), most Ranch activities, and gratuities for the Ranch staff.
Not included are fly shop purchases, guide gratuities (see guidelines below), Montana or Yellowstone National Park fishing licenses and the state lodging tax.
The following package rates outlined below, 3 night stay minimum, are for Double Occupancy Per Person. Double occupancy assumes two guests per cabin and two guests per guide.

NON-ANGLING PACKAGES
Our non-angling packages include the Lodge or Glamping Cabin accommodations, all meals (made-to-order breakfast, hearty picnic lunch and gourmet dinner) and beverages (including open bar and fine wines paired with dinner), airport transfers from the Billings Logan International Airport(BIL), and most Ranch activities (including yard games, hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing). Not included are fly shop purchases and the state 8% lodging sales tax.
Per person per night rate, 3 night minimum length of stay.

For active, non-angling guests we would encourage you to consider our GUEST RANCH PACKAGE activities that include choice of horseback riding adventures, whitewater rafting, shooting sports, ATV tours, and scenic sight tours.

GUIDE GRATUITY GUIDELINES
It is customary to tip fishing guides 20% of the fishing cost per day for each guided trip (1 or 2 anglers), or approximately $100. Calculating guide gratuities works similarly to how you would calculate a tip for any service provider and is based on the overall level of effort and performance provided by your guide. The gratuity can either be given directly to the guide daily, at the end of the guest's trip or added to the guest's final bill.

GUIDE GRATUITY GUIDELINES

The gratuity can either be given directly to the guide daily, at the end of the guest's trip or added to the guest's final bill.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A deposit of 50% payable by Visa, MasterCard or check, within 14 days of booking will confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your visit. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. For this reason we uphold a strict,"No Refund", cancellation policy. We regret that no refund is possible for non-guided fishing days, non-arrival or early departure.
- We highly recommend that guests purchase travel/trip insurance, Travel Insurance. Please contact us for more information. Delta, United, and American have daily flights to Billings. We provide complimentary shuttle service from the Billings Logan International Airport(BIL) and are happy to assist you with additional transportation information.
